Mat SystemIntroduction & overview56 h
The foundation of the Pilates Method. Historic order, contemporary movements, Pre-Pilates and Post Pilates, using only your own body weight as resistance.
System IBeginner repertoire48 h
An introduction to all the Pilates equipment: Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Ladder Barrel. Teaching skills, movement analysis and equipment knowledge.
System IIIntermediate repertoire48 h
Intermediate to advanced movements on the apparatus, plus the Spine Corrector, Magic Circle and Foam Rollers. In-depth Case Study skills for progressing a client.
System IIIAdvanced repertoire48 h
Very complex exercises across the apparatus, plus the Ped-O-Pull, Foot Corrector, Toe Corrector and Wrist Strengthener.
Plus 124 observation hours, 100 personal practice hours and 92 apprentice teaching hours. Taught exclusively in-person, in close-knit class sizes.

Your journey to becoming a Pilates Teacher
Four Systems
Mat, then Systems I, II and III, completed in sequential order.
Practice and teach
Observation, personal practice and apprentice teaching hours, with mentoring from your Educator.
Final Exam
Two days, at least 8 weeks after your last session. Pass and receive your Full Certificate.
